We walked in when and were warmly greeted by extremely friendly staff (and owners). The three of us had seats next to each other, had our feet and hands pampered as well as adding to the experience of our Girls‘ Weekend!! I so love it when my nails and feet have been tended to - thank you so much for the experience and a perfect end to our fabulous time together!!!
Appreciate them getting me in and working fast, brows look great, pedicure turned out lovely, manicure peeling only two hours later. Bubbles, gaps, etc poor outcome there.
I've gone here for many years and every time I get a pedicure they use the parrafin wax, I'm never asked what type of service I want, it's always the same for the same price. I went in today and they skipped the parrafin wax, at no direction from me, and never even asked. I saw others receive this automatically so when I asked they said it costs extra. Ok, but odd to not ask. When I went to pay they charged me the same amount I have always paid with the paraffin wax and again when I asked they just told me it would have cost extra. I then asked to see a sign for their prices to indicate the difference and they said they don't have that. I looked around and realized they don't have a single document posted that lists their services and their prices. This place just does whatever they want for whatever they want to charge you. I'm never going back there. That's just bad business practice.
I have been going here for quite some time but lately they are going down hill. I got my toes done last week and they never grated my roughness off around my big toes and my heels. The nail polish did not cover the tips so I have white …
I would give 0 if I could. My mom and I came in for a full set and pedi. My mom always goes to the same lady and she does a great job, but I figured they couldn’t mess a pedicure up too bad. I was wrong. I usually stick to basic colors but was feeling fun so I asked for a flower similar to the photo uploaded here. I told her it was okay if she couldn’t do it but she tried anyway. The second photo is what I got. I didn’t have the heart to tell her to remove the flower because maybe she just did her best, but I would have rather her say she didn’t know how. Not to mention, the rest of my toes were also a train wreck with polish all over the cuticle, nail lengths were different, etc. THAT I would have asked her to fix had I noticed. I came to my normal salon to have them fixed today and my tech showed me after removing the gel everywhere BK had cut the skin near my cuticles and where they were bleeding. Super disappointed and complete waste of money.
