i was here yesterday and they ripped me off i bought a gallon of hand sanitizer, 3d molding gel and i get home only to open my products and find out they’ve alr been used seal was broken on two out of 6 of my products- gel colors i had gotten were also not like the swatches
I really enjoyed my experience at this nail supply shop. I’m def not a professional but B5 is stacked with a lot of supplies and tools to do manicures, pedicures,Acrylics to dip powders nails ,and I’m sure more. Prices are pretty affordable and the store was clean and easy to maneuver. I was there looking for looking for a gel polish and left with a few more things. I love that I can shop local now instead of ordering from amazon and find what I need same day. The cashier was able to help me find what I needed quickly and shared advice on application. She also Informed me they also plan to offer classes in the near future which is exciting. The area is getting cleaned up bit by bit, and I can really appreciate that B5 renovated an empty old payday loan store and made this area home to their new location. My only issue is probably the no bag policy in store. I get that this is a method of loss prevention for them, but it’s just rather inconvenient for the customer. I wasn’t a fan, but honored it, although inconvenient this policy is clearly labeled on the door. I do think it’s important to mention and give folk a heads up in case that doesn’t vibe with you. I’ll say this though, to all locally owned businesses and those to Come take care of the community in which you serve/sell/support and they will take care of you back (just something to keep in mind 🙂). Overall B5 had what I needed (calling ahead might work too). I would have loved to order online and pick up in store (pls consider adding this to make shopping more accessible if possible), but I enjoyed my shopping experience, and I’ll be back.

I really recommend this nail supply store . They have it all here. And the lady here is so helpful and kind . She really knows how to assist you with all your questions concerns and needs .
This has been THE BEST nail supply shop experience I’ve had to date. I’m not a pro... just a girl that does her own nails but I do gel nails and dabble in nail art. I have been struggling with foil art transfer and mentioned it while I was there. The attendant behind the counter immediately took to my problem with a suggestion for a quality foil adhesive AND pulled out a lamp and test nails to try out the application... to be sure it wasn’t an issue with the product but also to ensure I (as a layman) was taught properly how to apply. Amazing customer service!!!! My results speak for themselves (see pics) and I will never go to another nail supply shop. I’ve been there only once and they now have a lifetime customer. 💕
