Bamboozle Heights

This is a cute little spot with really good fresh food! I love the outside porch like feel where you can eat and it has greenery all around. The food was really tasty and fresh, made to order. The tacos were made with wonton and they were surprisingly delicious. They have this sauce they gave you for the crab rangoons that was made in house. That was so delicious, can go on just about anything and they sell it in 8 ounce bottles. We also had matchas, one Uber and one sticky rice. Everything was delicious 😋 you might wanna find this spot if you’re in the area. It will not disappoint! The restaurant was clean both inside and out. We really enjoyed it 😀

Here is the honest truth about this place. The food is good but not worth the price tag. I spent $25 for beef and rice. It was good tasting (not the best i ever had) but very small portions. I don’t mind paying premium prices but the quality and portions of your food should be a cut above the rest. I see no difference from this Vietnamese spot and other cheaper spots. Again food was good. Not worth the price tag. Fho was good but a bit too sweet. Shrimp roll was decent at best and 7.50 for just one roll. The sesame iced coffee was pretty good no complaints there. I like to be fair when I review restaurants and with these prices we should see bigger portions and the best fho in town. Ex. I paid $25 for about 15 little beef cubes and some rice with leaves. I wanted fried rice instead of jasmine and that was not an option. I would’ve had to pay for the fried rice separately. I wanted coconut condensed milk for my $6 16oz coffee and I had to pay another $1.It’s either condensed milk for free ir non dairy condensed milks for another dollar. The dumplings were average and tbh I prefer the Trader Joe’s boxed dumplings. Last thing, you have to go to the counter to order your food when you dine in. Again not a premium experience. This is meant to be constructive feedback and help the business become better. Nice spot but I’ll never come again. I rather wait for ugly dumpling to open where the pricing matches the quality.

Great customer service when picking up the order. The inside of the restaurant is nice but small. Parking is a bit difficult (about 15 spots available, that includes the handicapped spot). Food is not good. We ordered multiple things ($80 order). The coconut wings are fried but were soggy. The sauce for the wings was good but should be on the side. Beignets were okay but needed a side of chocolate sauce. Noodles were a 1/3 full in the bowl. I was advised it was because I didn't get a protein but I can't imagine the protein would fill up the bowl another 2/3 of the way. Banh Mi is about half the size of most of the Banh Mi I have gotten in Seattle and Tampa. Overall wouldn't go back until changes are made.

Cute place with lots of locals coming in and out for takeout and dining in. The drinks were also decent! I enjoyed my soup a lot. Not everyday you see a fusion ramen with tomato/bell pepper/celery, but it somehow works. Very coconuty :) 8.5/10
