Extremely bad experience. The staff was slow and got the order wrong even though I clearly asked for ice on the side, but they still put it directly in the drink. On top of that, the cup was not sealed, and the drink spilled all over the outside, which is both unhygienic and very inconvenient. It honestly felt careless and unprofessional, like they didn’t care at all. The shop seriously needs to retrain their staff. Service like this makes customers not want to come back.
The shop is clean, organized, and the workers are friendly. Ordered the che drink #10 and pandan waffle. Both items were yummy and my favorite is the the waffle. It was warm, crispy, and delicious. Will definitely come back!
First impression walking in is welcoming, warm quite interior displayed by wonderful decoration. Picked up a Vietnamese large coffee and a large Toro milk drink for my wife and my self. Service provided was knowledgeable and helpful. Drinks were great!
Such good service friendly environment outstanding customer service very kind Please try the avocado coffee smoothie with the coffee jelly and the taro sesame balls so good
