The pastry case is a central part of the experience. Reviewers single out the Creme Brulee Cruffin, describing its flaky pastry and light cream filling as especially memorable. Other favorites mentioned include vanilla brulee and a range of desserts and pastries, with customers noting that flavors rotate. That changing selection gives returning visitors a reason to see what is available on a particular day, while the Asian-French style offers a distinctive mix of familiar bakery comforts and flavors customers may not find at every neighborhood cafe. Specific offerings can vary, so visitors can ask what is on display when they arrive.

For a heartier morning meal, customers praise the egg croissant sandwich, including its soft egg and gooey cheese. One reviewer recommends eating the sandwich soon after it is served so the croissant stays at its best. Banh mi is also mentioned among the cafe's savory options. Whether you are stopping in for a quick breakfast, sharing pastries, or pairing a drink with something sweet, the menu offers a few different ways to make the visit your own.

The cafe suits solo coffee stops, casual breakfasts, and small outings with family; one customer shared that their daughter loved the breakfast croissant. Banh & Butter Bakery Cafe is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Its daytime hours make it a practical choice for breakfast, brunch, or an afternoon treat rather than a late-day bakery stop. The best bakery in Aurora! Banh & Butter has amazing fresh baked pastries! The "Creme Brulee Cruffin" is the best pastry that I've ever had! No Joke! It was so flaky yet dense and so so luxurious with the light fluffy cream that was filled inside the cruffin. I cant even fathom how delicious it was. I long for more! I also tried their Roasted Chicken Banh Mi & their Lemon Grass grilled pork Banh mi sandwiches. The French bread is baked fresh in-house of course. The pickles were pickled in-house and they sell them by the jar. Both of these sandwiches were incredible! They literally put butter in the Banh Mi sandwiches. Soooooo genius and delicious!!! I will be back as soon as I can be. I thought about circling back again today. Lol. Yes it is that good!

Cute and cozy little cafe that has some of the most delicious Asian-French pastries in Colorado! I love Banh & Butter, they rotate their drink and pastry flavors that make you want to get one of each! I always grab an egg sandwich, but you have to make sure to eat it right away, so the croissant doesn't get soggy, I add pickled daikon and lettuce to it, and it's my go-to breakfast. They also carry other treats from local small businesses and help support the community by doing food drives. I like their ube foam cold brew too. Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area!

Decided to pop in randomly and glad I did! Drinks tasted great (pretty similar to ziggis) and the egg croissant sandwich was bussin. The cheese was gooey and stringy (not rubbery) and the egg was gooey too. Their bakery items are nice and soft as well. 10/10 breakfast spot if you're in the area.
