I love the fact that I called and inquired about transferring my prescriptions to Baylor mail ordering and was very pleased with how swiftly they were delivered, and the best part is the delivery was free. The staff is really helpful and always ready to assist.
I have to get my 90 day prescriptions through BSW and there aren't any near me so I switched to mail order through the BSW portal and ordered the refill and entered payment information. Because I had never ordered at this particular BSW pharmacy before they needed to verify my mailing address and payment information but rather than contact me for this they just canceled my order. I finally called them to find out where my meds are and that what they told me. They will now mail them in two days and I will run out of one of my medications while gone a a trip for the week. Why the hell would you cancel and order instead of making 1 phone call.
They can't do their jobs correctly. Every month there's some kind of confusion. I just spent 15 minutes there talking with a guy who told me my medication was at a different location. When I drove to the other location I was told that it was still at the location I just left. Now there's no time to get the medication before it closes. So glad it's not a blood thinner or something. I need to stay alive.
