Need to clean up. Charged me twice and acted like they didnt. Finally got a cash refund bc they didnt know how to refund my card. With cash you're supposed to include the tax. No hello, welcome in or nothing . Just a girl on facetime with someone. Not enough options for bundles.

I will always make this my hair store as long as I live in Austin. Musu was so helpful to me, I went there clueless about what I needed and she answered any questions I had. I then left my wallet there on accident and when I went there the next morning, she had it put away and waiting for me. She’s the best! Make this your go to store for all your beauty supply needs!

I heard on TikTok that this chain is Black-owned, so I was super excited and ready to support. But let me just say: do not go to this particular location if you expect good service—or even a simple “hello” when you walk in. If you want a dirty store and employees with terrible attitudes, then sure, this is the spot. The selection here doesn’t compare at all to their other location. And let me brag on that one for a moment: every single person in the other store helped me, went above and beyond, and made me feel welcome. I’m from Houston, so I’m no stranger to beauty supply shops—I know which ones are great and which ones need work. This location needs to get it together. The atmosphere was so low vibrational I walked in and right out. If the owner happens to see this: ma’am, the people you have working here are sabotaging your business. I believe in supporting Black-owned stores, but this location is not representing you well. The other spot is a clear five stars—clean, friendly, and fully stocked. As for this one? Only stop by if you need a quick lip liner, lip gloss, or edge control. Nothing more.

Customer service 5 star, ladies were so informative and helpful on the phone super welcoming. Store in person was well stocked with varies great options great quality. Such a sweet gem with awesome prices!!! Will definitely be going back!
