The girls there Amber & Myla were great help today with customer service. Welcomed when came in & asking if I needs help finding anything. I definitely recommend this location. I liked Amber’s shirt it said something about God is fire and I am a believer in God & Jesus as well. I like this location one of my favorites & go to. Thank you again!

I went into this location a few months ago to purchase some hair coloring products, my goal was just to slightly tint my hair so the color would show in the sun, I got what I wanted and at the time of checkout, there was a green haired human who kept insisting that I needed developer with this smirk on her face as if she knew better, after some back-and-forth I was fed up with the conversation so I just got it and left, I came in today to see if there was any possibility of returning or exchanging it and because it was past 60 days that was not possible, And that is perfectly fine, what I don’t understand is why when I try to check out the same products that I did last time (with the key difference being that I have now achieved my desired result, and have explained to you what I went through last time) it was now a pink or purple haired human, who tried to sell me the exact same thing and this time when I insisted no, she tried to pitch me another product to help it last longer. Not everybody’s hair, reacts the same to the product and not everybody wants the same result, bright, pink and bright green may work for some, but it does not work for all, I understand that you’ve been working here for some time, but if I came in and did not ask for help and went straight for what I needed Then there is no reason you should treat me like this is my first time in the store. I simply just asked her if she could throw away the bottle of developer since I was not gonna do anything with it. In no way am I saying that these employees were rude or disrespectful in anyway. All I am saying is that it is not right to treat someone like they are incompetent when they have not given you a reason to, some people know what they’re doing and know what they want, just because it does not fit into your plans doesn’t mean it’s wrong, it’s just not the plan for you, which is why it is not being purchased for you.
