The location may suit shoppers handling quick beauty errands, replenishing basics, or looking through available hair selections. With a 4-star rating based on 266 reviews, the business has a visible local customer base and remains part of the Dallas beauty-supply landscape.

As with many specialty retail purchases, it is wise to ask clear questions before checking out, particularly for higher-cost items such as wigs or hair. Reviews include differing experiences concerning pricing, service, return policies, and product expectations. Shoppers can make a more informed visit by confirming the total price, understanding the store's current return or exchange policy, and examining the item carefully before completing a purchase. For Dallas customers who value a nearby beauty supply store with broad daily hours, Sams beauty supply provides an in-person place to shop for hair and beauty accessories at its Singleton Boulevard address.

Called to find out if they carry a product in their store. The lady was able to confirm they carry it but would not give me any kind of indication of the price. She said they refuse to give out a price on the phone. Her words were “it’s a reasonable price…” then hung up on me. Seriously? I’ve purchased from them in the past and planned to purchase again but after this I’d rather take my money elsewhere. We all know hair isn’t cheap these days!

And this is why we are boycotting these businesses…I just bought the same hair two weeks ago and paid half of what they are charging. The way they are price gauging is INSANE. Then they are trying to blame the economy saying prices are going up…I JUST bought the exact same hair and it was not double the amount two weeks ago. The fact that it is supposed to be cheap pack hair and they are charging that amount is ridiculous. I was forced to buy it because my appointment was in the same parking lot and I didn’t have time to go anywhere else. But best believe they will NEVER get another penny from me. Please shop elsewhere.

Came over to the store, I will admit it was within 10 minutes before closing. Where I live there are no hair suppliers for us. The owner, older Asian woman, screams saying what I want and they about to close. I told her right on the spot, I don't have to shop at her store. These people infiltrate communities to sell and then treat the clientele coldly! I purchased over $80 of things for my daughter's hair in 5 mins. I turned to her and told her I would never return and she doesn't talk to people that way. I had taken my daughter's braids down and had to get products that are not available at major retailers. The only reason I chose to continue to purchase because it was for my daughter.

I’ve tried with this store one to many times. They come up with prices, return policies and act as if they don’t understand The items are a bit over priced and most selections seem to be siting for awhile. Small things like rubber bands or combs are your best bet. I would go to Sally’s or even Walmart.

I wouldn’t recommend you buy any human hair wigs from this beauty supply store, literally was charged $230 for a human hair wig that looked like a $80 wig! Once I got home! And you can’t return it! The lady literally was smiling once she handed me the receipt & bag🚩🚩.. also customer service is below average with four people just their barely wanting to help Does this look like a $230 wig! The lace a tracks look so thin Nd cheap .. should had knew it was a red flag 🚩 when it came in a synthetic wig pack/box 🥴
