Sign in to reviewWeird vibe walking in. I was watched the entire time I was there. I went in asking for a specific product which they said they had no idea what it was (cowash) and when I referred to a brand (As I Am) and they stated that they had "never heard of it" only for me to find it on their shelves. Truly believe they were just trying to get me out of the store. I wouldn't shop here again nor would I recommend this place. Gave two stars vs one due to the place actually be very clean and organized.
This is literally the only beauty supply store I shop at in Austin. They carry products that I can't seem to find anywhere else, and their selection is always great. I especially love their earrings, the styles are so cute. I make a trip here at least twice a month.

Avoid this place at all cost poor customer service no help at all
Went in to find a wig....nice variety but the one I actually picked out is not the one I had when I got home. Lady claim to have a different color in the style I wanted & I like that color better but like I said it turned out to be a totally different wig. Beware people when they claim to be helping. They just getting rid of wigs that don't sell I guess. Don't stay in Austin so I'm out of my money & still need a wig
