He was super communicative throughout the process and was able to give me a quote right on the phone—way faster than every other insurance carrier I tried (which, to me, is indicative of how easy it will be to handle claims/issues). He also got me a great rate by leveraging every discount available, and he was incredibly knowledgeable when I asked some more complicated questions.
