Sign in to reviewAwful really. Ordered Berni's sepcial egg rolls that were not very flavorful. Pho broth was just OK. I bit into a small chunk of raw tasting ginger. I ordered a small pho with rare beef and tendon. The tendon was good. The rare beef was already placed into the pho, and there were only three, very thin slices of it. Pretty shocking actually. The beansprouts were wilted and brown with three thick slices of jalapeño. The best part of the meal was the complimentary desert of warm taro (tapioca?) pudding. I was very sorry I wasted my money here. The staff was polite and attentive.
The pork Vietnamese egg rolls are the best I've had, rolled in rice paper and fried. Their pho broth is very tasty, also some of the best. I usually add Sriracha and Hoisin sauces, but not this time, very little Sriracha no to interfere. Complementary dessert. Constant flow of people attest to good food. Very unpretentious.
Walked in and was pleasantly surprised how nice, clean, and relaxing the interior was. I was instructed to sit anywhere and was handed a menu. Ordered pad Thai with shrimp. A plate was delivered piping hot to my table in short time. Everything I tasted was wonderful and full of authentic flavors. Towards the end of my meal I was surprised by a complementary tapioca dessert that was perfect in taste and a wonderful way to end the meal. I very much enjoyed my meal, the dining environment, and the service here. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.
Incredibly delicious!!! Some of the best pho I have had in San Antonio! Everything came out perfectly! (: I ordered the Berni Kabob and it had so much juicy flavor! The small rare steak pho was the ideal amount for lunch!
me and my boyfriend went here for our 3 year anniversary and it was so good! great service and friendly/ polite staff, the food was soooo good and fresh. my only complaint is the largest size isn't very “large” in my opinion but i'm just big and greedy! they gave us a free dessert on the house which was so sweet of them & delicious! love this place & the atmosphere and definitely will be returning ☺️
