The restaurant is open for lunch and early afternoon service Tuesday through Sunday, with longer hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and it is closed on Monday.

The menu is centered on the kind of food people come back for when they want something fresh, warm, and filling. Customer favorites mentioned in reviews include pork and dill dumplings, lamb and pumpkin dumplings, shrimp and pork wontons in chili oil, Lanzhou beef noodle soup, and hand-pulled noodles that guests have seen being made in the restaurant. For a lighter start, the smashed cucumber salad brings a crunchy bite with garlic dressing, while heartier plates such as braised beef over rice with bok choy make the meal feel complete. Some diners also ask about frozen dumpling options, making the restaurant useful for both dine-in cravings and take-home meals.

It is the kind of place that works for a quick weekday lunch, a casual meal with friends, or a family stop before or after grocery shopping. Reviews point to fast seating before the noon rush, helpful front counter service, and food that tastes fresh rather than overly complicated. That balance makes it easy for mixed groups, since one person can focus on dumplings while another builds a meal around beef noodle soup, rice, or a crunchy cucumber side. The experience is practical and approachable: order a few dumpling plates, add noodles or soup, and share the table.

For anyone searching for a dependable dumpling restaurant in Fremont, CA, Bing's Dumplings offers a concrete reason to visit: dumplings with character, hand-pulled noodle dishes, and a location that is easy to reach from surrounding neighborhoods. It is especially appealing for diners who like casual dumpling and noodle comfort food, people who want a quick lunch with coworkers, and families who appreciate shareable plates. Before visiting, it is worth noting the limited midday schedule, since the restaurant is closed Monday and generally serves from late morning into the afternoon. At its best, Bing's Dumplings feels local, steady, and centered on the dishes its regulars already know by name.

Oh man oh man! I found another hand-pulled noodles place close to home! Score!! Woohoo! Right next to 99 Ranch market and close to the freeway. My co-workers have been talking about this place back in the day. I have been going here with my family for years and took many friends as well. This location has changed from many different places and Bings’s seems to have stayed over seven years now! Good sign! I like their open space dining set up where the kitchen is open and you can see them make their dumplings and noodles...ooo lala!! Their menu is very simple and everything is now below $19. Price inflation but some are reasonable. Go figure! Very good portions though. You can taste the difference. Had their spicy and regular beef braised noodle soup. Meat was tender and the noodles are soft! You can tell the noodles are made fresh. Also, I like their wonton noodle soup. All broth soups are very good. Spicy was not really spicy to me though so I had to added more spice! Haha Their Hot Oil-Seared (dry) Noodles with minced pork is also very good. Their wonton in Chili Oil is good as well. I also get their pork soup dumplings. Everything they make are pretty good! The dumpling wrap is not too thick and lots of meat inside. You need to learn to eat with chop sticks and soup spoon to drink the soup from the dumplings! Also, you have to make the right sauce to dip this in. They don’t offer free tea anymore. It’s only 50cents but It’s good. My fave place when I am craving spicy dry noodles or beef braised noodle soup. I just wish they added more bok choy for more veggies for a balance. Very surprising their service is still pretty good, friendly and attentive. Seems they are a family business. They speak pretty good English, too. We are regulars here! So this means I totally recommend this place!

The young lady working the register and as host was super helpful to me on the Saturday night that I came in. As the only employee who seemed to know English the best of the other workers, she helped me figure out what frozen dumpling offerings they had available as well as other types available for order. She made ordering a breeze and was pleasantly surprised at her wonderful customer service!

The food was delicious and fresh. The noodles were hand pulled. We could see the noodles being made which made it a nice experience.

We went there before noon and we were able to get a table very quickly. We ordered the cucumber salad, shrimp and pork wonton in chili oil, pork and dill dumplings, and Lanzhou beef noodle soup. The smashed cucumber salad was okay, and the wonton was pretty good. The beef noodle soup and the dumplings were terrible and I’d definitely not gonna order those again. The noodles had a thick texture and the beef was very dry. Same as the dumpling skin and the fillings had a weird taste.

2nd time. Last time was before COVID We ha rice and braised beef. Very tender beef. We wolfed through it before* remembered to take a pic of the large mound of rice, beef, and bok choy on the sides. The fresh cucumber salad was crunchy and had a nice garlic dressing. Also got the lamb and pumpkin dumplings as well as an order of the chi and cabbage dumplings. All pretty good.
