From the moment we started coming here, Bliss Nail Spa has become one of the places where I can fully relax without feeling restless or rushed. I’m not someone who enjoys sitting still for long stretches, so getting my nails done was always sporadic for me. That changed once my daughter and I started coming here together. It’s become part of our regular routine, and something we both genuinely look forward to as part of our lifestyle. Ann does my nails, and she’s excellent. She listens closely to what I want and consistently gets it right. When I’m unsure, she comes up with ideas that actually feel tailored to me, not generic suggestions. There’s a level of care in her work that makes the whole appointment feel easy and collaborative. She’s also just a genuinely kind person, which makes the whole experience even better. The space itself is very pretty, with high ceilings, lots of natural light, and notably no harsh chemical smell. It’s laid out with pedicure stations on one side and manicure stations on the other, but what stands out more is the atmosphere. The nail artists have a calm, warm energy with each other, and it carries through to the entire room. It feels less like a transactional stop and more like being part of a relaxed, welcoming community.

Disrespectful, rushed service and poor treatment of my 77-year-old handicapped mother** Today my 77-year-old handicapped mother visited **Bliss Nail Spa**. She was in pain during the service and the technician **rushed through** the work instead of taking care and being patient. My mother tried to ask questions and communicate about what she was paying for, but the technician **didn’t listen** and acted irritated when she was trying to address concerns. We are not asking for anything free—we **paid for services**, including paying **extra** for additional work. After the incident, I spoke with the manager and requested to handle it privately and respectfully. The manager refused to address it appropriately and responded that he wanted to talk in front of “a lot of people,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. The staff’s attitude toward my mother was unacceptable. After almost **4 years** of coming here, this experience was the final straw—we will not return. I strongly recommend customers go elsewhere where they treat elderly and disabled clients with respect and proper care. Dear Bliss Nail Spa Winter Park Management, Thank you for your reply. However, it does not address what happened to my mother. My mother is elderly and needed respectful, un-rushed service. We left disappointed because after we stepped out, she was criticized and treated poorly. That is not acceptable—language skills do not excuse rude or dismissive treatment. Also, while you are blaming communication, you are describing it as if it was harmless. In my experience, when I spoke in English, I could clearly see your staff would talk among themselves in another language (including Chinese) while we were present, and then my mother and I were left out of the conversation. If you have a person working who does not speak English, that still does not change the standard: customers should be treated with respect, and services must be performed the way they are paid for. We have been loyal customers for four years. This is a shame, and it is especially concerning when it involves an elderly customer. Across the street, we took my mother and they handled her with better service and real respect. Very exceptional experience today and the other times I've come to Bliss. I live near the Orlando International Airport but will drive over to Winter Park just to come to Bliss for my pedicures and manicures. Kimberly did a PHENOMENAL JOB this afternoon with my classic pedicure + gel color. I look forward to coming back this summer and booking an appointment with her. The staff are all welcoming and the view of the lake while getting a pedicure is beautiful and a blessing. Parking can be a little challenging, try to come during non-peak hours as the parking lot is shared by several other businesses including Trader Joe's and Shake Shack.

Anne is amazingly talented, detailed, careful, and kind! Once you come in, everyone is very kind and helpful…. The ambience is tranquile and peaceful enough to relax… I’m so grateful! Phenomenal quality nails and always a fine experience!!! My nails last for almost 2 months!
