They used to make great dishes here, but the quality of food has gone done drastically. Ordered three dishes and the best one was the kung pao. The other two dishes were so hard to tell apart- taste wise. The sauce in each of the dishes was not what it used to be. You could distinguish the taste of the sesame chicken from the general tso; now they taste almost identical. And their rice is bland. I know it was not like this before because I’ve eaten here since it opened. Avoid it. There’s a better Chinese restaurant on Louetta next to Kroger. It’s not the same, so I will no longer be visiting what used to be my go to Chinese restaurant in this area. I would definitely avoid ordering from them. 😢
Bo Bo Garden has become one of our regular spots when we’re craving Chinese food. The food is always fresh, hot, and consistently good every time we order. Kyle usually gets the kung pao beef, and I always go for the sweet and sour shrimp. Both are so good. Their fried rice is honestly some of the best we’ve had in the area. The portions are generous, everything tastes fresh, and we’ve always had a great experience here. Definitely one of our favorite local takeout spots.
1000000% recommend!!!!!!!! Great portions/Prices I am very impressed by the quality of the food and even the takeout packaging. My household ordered the sweet & sour pork, crab rangoon, eggrolls, wonton soup, chicken lo mien, and broccoli & broccoli. ALL of them exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and very fast with my order. ***The only complaint I have is that they do not offer in house delivery.*** You have to order through a third party which adds easily $30-$40 more to your bill.*** So stick with the pick-up and hopefully they can offer that service in the future.
First time I had Bo Bo was because it was close to where I was working, it got pretty busy so I figured it was good. Since then, I've ordered it multiple times all the way to my home 40 minutes …
I used to order food from here weekly, sometimes twice a week. I recently ordered through Uber Eats and paid an extra $1.25 for a side of spicy mayo for each sushi roll. So two sides of spicy mayo. The restaurant said I didn’t pay for it and they won’t send it with my order because I didn’t pay. I can’t eat the sushi without it. I talked to the restaurant on the phone and explained to them that u er charged me $1.25 for each side so I already paid for it. They refuse to look at the itemized invoice of what I bought so they won’t send it with the food. Screenshot from Uber Eats attached. It’s so frustrating when you order food from a restaurant to go and when it gets to your house it’s missing items. This is literally the exact reason why people hesitate to offer food to go. It’s silly the restaurant is making such a big deal about giving me two TINY sides of MAYO for god sake. Mayo is so cheap, I spent $50 on a couple sushi rolls and a couple appetizers. How hard is it to include the sauce that I paid for but the restaurant is too ignorant to read the receipt.
