Boba Heaven (Mesquite)

Tried the Crème Brûlée Coffee and the Cookies & Cream Frappe. Both were terrible. The coffee tasted like eating a spoonful of straight coffee grounds, it was so bad we couldn't even drink it, and the Cookies & Cream Frappe tasted like plain milk with no cookies-and-cream flavor at all. If you’re looking for a good boba spot, don’t come here.

Their drinks are delicious and have a strong tea flavor. I wish they have Vietnamese snack here too like the one in Garland 🥹. Lovee they drink and good customer service 🧋 …

Boba Heaven (Mesquite) truly lives up to its name! The drinks are delicious, refreshing, and full of flavor. On top of that, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Definitely one of my favorite spots for boba!

I been coming here for a while and our drinks are usually good but not today. I think they over did it with the ice. On top of that when I was ordering my drinks I felt rushed and ordered my daughter the wrong drink and when I tried to explain and apologize to the lady in the front for my mistake, she was very rude and said if I wanted her to give me a different drink she would have to charge me again. She said that was my fault not hers. Which was my honest mistake but she didn't have to be so rude about it. I think they need to work on there customer service and for that reason I will not be wasting my time nor money at boba heaven no more.

If you’re a boba lover like me, Boba Heaven is truly heaven on earth! I tried the Tiger Sugar Milk Boba, and let me tell you—it was perfection. The drink was sweet (just how I like it!) with soft, chewy boba pearls in every sip. They added the perfect amount of boba, and after a quick stir, the flavors blended beautifully. My sister went with the Thai Milk Tea, a classic staple for any boba shop, and she said it was exceptional—sweet and creamy, just the way it should be. My brother ordered the Mangonada, and wow, it was a showstopper! A frozen slushy mix of sweet, salty, and tangy flavors with a little kick from the Tajín—it looked just as amazing as it tasted. Boba Heaven isn’t just about the drinks, though. The customer service is top-notch. Every time I visit, the cashiers are friendly, welcoming, and super knowledgeable about the menu. They’re always ready to help and explain the options, which shows how much they care about providing great service. This place deserves more than 10/10—if I could give it a 1000/10, I would! I’m already looking forward to my next visit. If you haven’t been to Boba Heaven yet, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t regret it!
