Boba Up is a great place to grab fresh and flavorful bubble tea! They have a wide variety of drinks with customizable sweetness and ice levels, and the boba is always soft and chewy. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the shop has a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're in the mood for classic milk tea or a refreshing fruit tea, there's something for everyone. I'll definitely be coming back to try more flavors!

I like the fruit teas and toppings seem to be fresh! Prices are pretty normal for a Seattle boba shop. I also got popcorn chicken and nori fries. Chicken was grey in color, and under seasoned but they provided sauce options. Fries were over seasoned (VERY salty) but overall it’s not bad. The nori seasoning was not tossed in well with the fries. I think average is a good way to explain it. Staff were very friendly tho!! Will come back for the boba only.

Had a horrible experience. I ordered a popcorn chicken and it came DRENCHED IN A DISGUSTING SWEET SAUCE. Popcorn chicken is called so because it’s crispy and not a soggy mess. I asked them to replace it without the sauce and they said buy another. This was my favorite boba place and I’m never coming back!

I got the popcorn chicken with the "add spicy" option, it came coated with a sweet sauce and was a soggy mess. I asked for a replacement but was refused saying I'd have to buy it again. It tasted more like some Kung Pao Chicken rather than a crispy popcorn chicken. The menu wasn't clear that it was a sauce, usually when places advertise this it is a spicy dry seasoning, not a sweet sauce.

It's a great place to make your own boba. There are different flavors that you can taste in samples. There are options for bubbles, dairy tea, non-dairy tea, refreshers, etc. The place has Good Vibes and has a lot of board games that you can play while sipping your boba.
