Sign in to reviewSuper cute place! Drinks were yummy. I see why it has so many loyal customers Charmingly decorated with handmade drawings and paintings, and it smells really good in there. The guy working at the front was very friendly. The tapioca pearls were perfect, I regretted not getting the larger size. Can’t wait to go again!!
10/10 ALWAYS RECOMMEND ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bobalicious has a really special place in our hearts. About two years ago, my wife and I were thrifting at the Goodwill right next door when she randomly asked me if I had ever tried boba. I joked around asking what it even was because I genuinely had no clue. We decided to try it one day… and we have not stopped coming back since — especially to THIS specific spot. From the very beginning, the experience has been amazing. The owner himself is always so kind, welcoming, and respectful, and the workers are just as wonderful — always friendly, patient, and helpful no matter how busy it gets. At this point, I’m pretty sure we’re regulars now haha. The atmosphere inside is cozy, warm, and instantly makes you feel comfortable and welcome every time you walk in. The drinks are always made fresh and are consistently delicious, exceeding our expectations every single visit. Because of how much we love this place, we’ve made it a tradition to come here for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. We also have another tradition: every time we go thrifting at the Goodwill on Summit Parkway, we have to get boba EVERY SINGLE TIME. We even share the experience with my parents — all of us enjoying our drinks together. What started as a joke turned into a genuine love for boba, and Bobalicious is the reason for that. This place has become part of our memories and traditions, and it will continue to be a spot we hold close for our family — and our future one as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing drinks, kind people, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.
The place was clean. The staff was friendly. There were a lot of options to choose from. They have blocks. My son played with them while we waited for our drinks. It seemed like a nice little place for a drink treat for you and your kids.
This is our favorite Bubble tea place in all of San Antonio. The taro cream bubble tea is exceptional. It’s like a delicious shake without the boba hardening. Truly one of a kind. We have become quite regular customers and drove across town just for this place.
Idk how this place received any stars above 1 star after seeing the horrific service I saw today. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was my first and LAST time at this boba spot. To start, walking in, there was already no less than 7 groups of people standing (bc there isn’t adequate seating so trust me when I say there was way more than 7 people in total still without their order) and waiting for orders but I thought these owners were professionals so it must go by quickly. I was WRONG. After ordering, which was a harrowing experience, because the cashier’s customer service is abysmal. It’s truly like they didn’t want to even talk to us, so rude, snippy, and condescending. They spend 20 mins working on ONE order of 4 drinks and then an additional 20 mins working on one order of ONE drink. It was nearly an hour before I got my single drink. The mood in the restaurant is dark and gloomy. No talking because everyone is PISSED. There was hardly any music, the tvs were silent, and all you heard was the two workers bickering about making orders… like what makes you wanna order at a place that very shamelessly snickers about your order?? On top of that, the boba itself was DISGUSTING. I ordered a black tea and was PRESSURED by the cashier into making it a mocha because “black tea doesn’t taste like anything” and of course $$$. Guys, oh my god, I had to go home and remake it myself. It was so pitiful. Overall, if you’re looking for boba please don’t take these 4 month reviews words for it like I did. These owners lost their spark or whatever it was that made people like them, as a brand new customer and first impression of this place, Horrible.
