BOBO Bites

We had the best experience today at bobo bites!! Last minute decision to stop in and try the viral fruit shaped icecream, my son got the peach 🍑 and he loved it! He loved the Vietnamese coffee muffin I was not a fan good flavor not a good texture but the coffee smell was out of this world! Their cafe is so clean, organized and overwhelmingly cute all at the same time! We will definitely be coming back and loved playing a quick game of connect 4! Thank you bobo bites!!

UPDATE: They fixed it, yay! Will be returning 🥰 I come here at least twice a week for a Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup and I want to point out 2 things. One, they are very inconsistent with how much strawberries they put in a cup. I’ve included 2 pictures showing two different times I’ve bought it. As you can see, one cup is barely filled and the other one is fully filled. The second, and most unfortunate, is that they changed the chocolate. It used to be real chocolate that hardens when it gets cold. Now it’s more of a syrup chocolate that doesn’t taste the same. You can see the color difference in the pictures as well. I know that the previous chocolate was warm and would sometimes warp the plastic cup but I would preferred if they had changed the cup rather than the chocolate :( it doesn’t taste the same anymore. I’m very sad and disappointed since I loved getting this.

I placed an order through DoorDash for one Magical Unicorn, one Ube Milk Tea, and one Honeycomb Toffee. I requested less ice, but received drinks that were half full of ice. The order was also missing straws and the crystal boba I paid extra for. There was no marshmallow or pandan jelly either. When I contacted support, I was told I’d need to go to the physical store for a replacement. That defeats the purpose of ordering delivery through DoorDash and is extremely frustrating. I’m disappointed with the order accuracy and the resolution offered.

Love this place! Super cute shop! The drinks are delicious and the mango ice cream is amazing!! So many different options to choose from!
