BoSa Donuts is a donut shop at 455 N 3rd St in Phoenix, AZ, offering a convenient stop for doughnuts, drinks, and casual breakfast. Its downtown location can suit people looking for something to eat before the day gets busy, as well as visitors exploring nearby places such as the Downtown Phoenix Farmer’s Market. The shop opens at 6:00 a.m. daily, closing at 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7:00 p.m. on weekends, according to the listed hours. Whether you want a quick morning treat or a more filling bite, BoSa brings several familiar café choices together in one place.
Doughnuts are the main draw, and customer reviews describe a broad daily selection with more than one style to choose from. One reviewer called the Boston cream doughnut a satisfying example of the kind of classic doughnut they wanted, while another praised the range on offer. The selection may appeal to guests who enjoy browsing for a familiar favorite or picking a different treat to share. Reviews also mention freshly made fruit smoothies, with one customer noting more than fifteen varieties, alongside tea and boba drinks. These options give groups a way to mix a sweet snack with a cold, refreshing drink.
BoSa Donuts also has choices for guests looking beyond doughnuts. Customers mention coffee and breakfast sandwiches, including a coffee-and-sandwich combination, as well as a roast beef sandwich served on a croissant with sauces. Thai tea and a strawberry matcha latte have also appeared in customer feedback. These are review-reported examples rather than a guarantee that every item is available at every visit, so checking in person is sensible if you have a particular drink or sandwich in mind. The range can make the shop useful when different people in a group want something sweet, savory, or something to sip.
The customer experience described in reviews is mixed in some details, while several guests specifically praise the selection, fresh preparation, helpful service, and value. Other feedback describes a rushed ordering interaction or a less welcoming visit. That variety offers a realistic picture: the food and drink options are a consistent reason people stop by, though individual service experiences can differ. A rating of 4.1 from 211 reviews provides additional context, but preferences and visits naturally vary. For a relaxed visit, take a moment to look over the choices and ask staff about the options that interest you.
For downtown Phoenix residents, workers, and visitors, BoSa Donuts is a practical neighborhood option for a morning doughnut, a smoothie or boba, or a casual sandwich and coffee. The combination of doughnuts, tea drinks, smoothies, and breakfast items makes it suitable for a quick solo stop or a small group with varied tastes. 1/10/26: popped into Bosa after touring the Downtown Phoenix Farmer's Market. We didn't find anything at the market to curb our breakfast appetite, nor did we feel like waiting for the other breakfast places to open up so Bosa it is. We should have waited. The boba drinks were good, I'll give them that. The breakfast was a joke. The bagel sandwich was plain & boring, and the ham, cheese & egg croissant was a joke. There's barely any ham in it and the cheese was practically missing. The gal behind the counter acted like she didn't want to be there; "indifferent" is the word my sister used to describe her. Because I'd never eaten there before, when I got the croissant sandwich, it looked like a regular croissant. When I asked the gal if it was baked inside, she looked at me like I had two heads. Won't ever go back, not even for the boba.
Great selection of doughnuts on offer daily. Over fifteen different kinds of fruit smoothies, freshly made. Kind employees, impressive selection, no waiting, great service!
Solid donut and tea place with a ton of options for both donuts, tea, boba and more. Not crazy expensive either. I got a Boston creme donut and it was a good donut, just the kind you want and not like a chain or supermarket one at all. I also got a strawberry matcha latte, which sounded great but mostly tasted of pink nesquik powder.
Cute little place. The food is very good and refreshing. The staff weren’t really welcoming (the ordering process felt rushed) and it felt like we were the odd ones out. Now for a more in detail explanation of the food. The food was freshly …
Overall solid sandwhiches and coffee for the price! Spent about $7 for the coffee + breakfast sandwich combo, then $11 for Thai tea and a roast beef sandwich. The sandwiches were made fresh with delicious sauces and a crispy croissant. Coffee was freshly brewed and came in a good amount. Thai tea was sweet with a good amount of well cooked Boba. A nice place for a casual meal.
