I don't know if I paid for a manicure or just the gel, because the lady didn't even soak my hands in water to soften the skin, and she didn't even cut them properly. You can see I went in at 1:32 and left at 1:00. They didn't even have any other customers, so why was she in such a hurry? And then she just put the gel on top of my skin. In a week, the gel will peel off.
Have y'all thought about asking your landlord to add (slower, Level 2) electric vehicle (EV) charging stations right in front of the salon? This would allow people to conveniently charge while getting pampered at Brush Box. I know there are fast chargers in the same lot but your customers don't want to get up mid-procedure to unplug their car which gets done charging in <30 minutes. Guessing nails and other services are longer than 30 minutes. A better way to offer value to your clients is to provide slower chargers that offer about 20 miles per hour. There are clearly plenty of customers here already driving EVs. I spotted 4 right out front. Seems like it would be a great investment and valuable to everyone involved (Brush Box, landlord, guests). Great, modern interior with many drink options. Lady at the front-desk was very nice and the nail-tech did a good job! Prices are good here, too.
Brush Box is my place for 3 years. It is beautiful, the professionals are nice and do the best job compared to all nails place around. I love that I have people there thatbis always happy to see me and I always leave happy with the results of my nails.
