Dr Tran and his team did a fantastic job in implanting a crown for me. It was done in one (!) session and didn’t cause any discomfort. Even after the anesthesia wore off, I felt no pain. The crown fits and works perfectly. I’m so glad I found Arcadia Healthy Smiles. Everyone here is competent and very kind. Of course, the best part are Max and Cheese :)(IYKYK).

Dr. Tran and his staff are the absolute best. I have a lot of anxiety around dental procedures and they all make me feel so comfortable and calm. Would not hesitate to recommend Dr Tran.

I cannot say enough good things about this dentist and the entire staff. I have severe dental anxiety, and from the moment I walked in, they were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They truly took their time with me and never made me feel rushed or embarrassed. I cried through both my cleaning and my filling, and they handled it with so much compassion and professionalism—it meant more to me than they probably realize. They were also able to get me in for my filling less than a week after my cleaning, which I really appreciated. I called ahead to confirm they accepted my insurance, and they did—no issues whatsoever on that end, which made the process even smoother. If you’re someone who struggles with dental anxiety like I do, this is absolutely the place to go. I will 100% be coming back in the future and recommending them to others.

Very unprofessional experience. My appointment was rescheduled twice, each time pushing it out an additional month. On the day of my appointment, I was sent to the wrong address, which caused further delays and inconvenience. They also collected my insurance information and then lost it, requiring me to provide it again. After I expressed concern about how poorly this situation was being handled, my newly scheduled appointment was canceled. I was then asked to reschedule yet again, another month out. Overall, the lack of organization, communication, and accountability was extremely disappointing. I feel for the provider, as this level of management reflects poorly on the practice and likely results in lost patients.
