Came in for a full set and pedi last minute and they did not disappoint. It was such a pleasure working with Kevin and Tammy. I appreciate them both so much for checking in with me at every part of the process. I do my own nails at home, but I will be PS I’m for the massage and great customer service.
First time here & far from my last! i had an amazing experience from the time i walk in to the time i left. the salon is so clean and stunning! Tammy did my pedicure (amazing) and amanda did my nails. their attention to detail was amazing! i’ve found my new nail home ♥️♥️😊😊
Horrible service especially if your tech is Amanda. Results are horrible and when you say you don’t like it, she says that’s how she does it even though you’re paying. The guy up front was so rude and said nothing can be done to be corrected!!!! Only has a one star because otherwise wouldn’t let me review. Spent 2 hours for there for this and 120 later. So unsatisfied and disappointed. This was post 7 days, not a month. I came in today for your guaranteed fix of the nail that was built out and broken on two nails. And you see how it was stuck to my skin. I actually had my nails redone by Nancy who did an amazing job but I paid the full price. So please get the facts straight I have my receipts to prove it. I paid an additional $200 today. Your front desk said no discount because he checked with Jan and she said no. The third photo is my nails from today. I wasn’t asking for a handout I paid money for horrible nails and customer service the first time around. Just shocked today with the customer service.
I have been getting my nails done by Amanda for the past year. She does a great job every time! She has a great attention to detail and gives me exactly what I ask for. I will continue to come back to her.
