prescription quality is low. My levels actual got worse on their medications. Never got calls for refills being ready. I ended up switching
My wife found out that she was pregnant, and that her progesterone was low. Since I was working near Sugar Land, I suggested that we get the prescription at somewhere in the area instead of our usual place. Our usual place filled prescriptions in 24-48 hours. This place a week went by and it was still not ready. I'm not sure exactly how long it took, but it was about 2 weeks for the prescription to be ready. When it was finally ready, we picked up a small portion of the prescription because the full amount was not ready. A few days later, my wife went back to her doctor and found out that she had miscarried. I'm not going to say for sure that it was because the prescription was so late, but either progesterone is important to a pregnancy or it is not and it seems like it is and not having it certainly didn't help. So please consider whether you have time to wait for your prescription or not. I will have to deal with the guilt of having suggested that we change the location that we get our prescriptions from to this place.
Very expensive. Shop around for other local compounding pharmacies. Also, how quality and consistency of their medication formulations are sketchy. I purchased several compounded medications the capsules came in different colors as if they were different strengths of the medication. I could tell when my body felt off. I also purchased a topical hormone cream that manifested lots of symptoms that I didn’t previously have. I switched pharmacies and did not have that same reaction. Please go elsewhere.
Rude staff. I’ve been waiting almost 24 hours for this place to fill a prescription that I need immediately and being given the run around. Will not ever use this place again.
