Such a wonderful experience! The cake and cupcakes were gorgeous and tasted fantastic. Really so pleased and the decision to add a cake and cupcakes for our wedding was quite last minute and she was able to be so accommodating.
We used CaraMel’s for our wedding back in January. During our planning we met for a tasting last summer and were blown away by how yummy all the desserts were. We had such a hard time choosing that we ended up doing a dessert table, which was a huge hit with our wedding guests. The cake was delicious, and gorgeous, exactly what I envisioned for that timeless feel. We also ordered a variety of cake shooters and cookies. Our guests loved the dessert table. We enjoyed the cake, especially the marble layer. I highly recommend CaraMel’s for any of your dessert needs. She is amazing!! She even made gluten free cupcakes for my sister who has celiac disease.

Our wedding cake was absolutely stunning! The elegant design and delicate floral details complemented our tropical wedding flowers beautifully. It was everything we had hoped for! The custom cookies were equally gorgeous! Each one was a little work of art, featuring our names, wedding date, and beautiful floral details in our wedding colors. The attention to detail was incredible, right down to the lovely packaging. They were almost too pretty to eat! Mel clearly puts so much care, creativity, and talent into her work. She helped make our wedding day even more special, and we are so grateful! Working with Chef Mel at CaraMel's Bakery was one of the absolute best parts of our wedding planning.
