This has been one of the most amazing pharmacy I've ever had the privilege of having for my med refills. I never ever have to request meds because they never miss a beat. My meds always arrive in a timely manner. As far as the USPS, a week ago or so I had meds coming from care plus which was mailed out at least 4 or 5 days in advance and of course USPS service put my meds in the wrong mailbox. I filed a complaint with them and of course nothing was done. If it wasn't for an honest resident here, I definitely would've had to contact Care plus for another replacement. Care plus U Rock, keep up the great work.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Careplus Pharmacy! After over a year of fighting to get a specific medication countless calls, denials, and dead ends they somehow made it happen. I honestly don’t know how they did it, but I’m beyond grateful. Their team is kind, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for their patients. For the first time in a long time, I felt like someone was actually advocating for me. Careplus didn’t just fill a prescription they gave me back a sense of hope. Thank you, thank you, thank you! 💙
I would never ever recommend their delivery service! Do not use this pharmacy if you expect your medication to be delivered in a timely matter. Have had problems with them before and now I have blocked out 2 days already this week because my medication was supposed to be delivered...1st on Tuesday. It has not come, so I had to call them mid-afternoon to check status. Was informed that I was given the wrong information and that I needed to cancel my plans again for today because they promised delivery today. Again I HAD TO CALL THEM find out that they dont deliver to my area on Wednesdays!!! Now they say I will have to sit home tomorrow and wait for delivery. They have essentially wasted already 2 days of my week and maybe tomorrow with empty promises. No one there seems to know what is really going on. Would NEVER recommend this pharmacy!!!!!
I’m so glad my Dr referred me to Care plus pharmacy they are very kind , helpful and always deliver my medication on time every time I highly recommended care plus pharmacy
