Sign in to reviewI didn’t know about this pharmacy until the brochure was shared with us at my mom’s opthamologist’s office. I wish I had known sooner. We go to CVS and it has been hard for me to make trips to CVS and CVS didn’t have a delivery option available for my mom per her insurance. So when I found out that Carewell delivers for FREE! I jumped at that opportunity. I don’t even have to call. They deliver when meds are ready and are at our doorstep before we even run out. Their customer service is STELLAR and their staff have been nothing but amazing for us and our family. I cannot recommend them enough.
Carewell Pharmacy really came through for me in a pinch! I was visiting my parents only to realize I forgot to bring my levothyroxine. Carewell was able to call my doctor and coordinate a refill of my medication all within a few hours! I’m really grateful for such great service, especially when I was stressed about not having a medication I rely on. What a huge difference from the big box corporate pharmacies that I’m used to, where you cannot even talk to a human on the phone. Even though I live out of town, I really felt like Carewell cared about me. My parents will be transferring their medications here.
