CB Auto Repair And Air

CB Auto Repair And Air is an auto repair shop at 3846 E Thunderbird Rd in Phoenix, AZ 85032, serving local drivers who need help with car repairs and air-conditioning concerns. The shop is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and is closed on weekends. For anyone planning a visit, calling ahead to discuss the vehicle and repair need is a practical way to confirm details before stopping by.

Customer experiences point to several kinds of work, including brake repairs and automotive AC service. One driver said the shop replaced worn brake rotors and resolved a shaking sensation while braking. Another described an AC repair that left the air feeling much colder, making lower fan settings comfortable. These reviews offer concrete examples of work customers have brought to CB Auto Repair And Air, rather than a complete service menu; drivers can contact the shop to ask whether a particular repair is available.

Reviews also mention Chuck and his team, with customers describing friendly communication, prompt responses, and repairs completed on time. Some customers say they trust the shop and appreciate its reliability, while one reviewer found the pricing fair compared with nearby options. For drivers who value direct communication and want to discuss a repair with the people working on their car, those comments may help set expectations. The shop has a 4.2-star rating from 57 reviews, so prospective customers can consider both positive and critical experiences when deciding where to go.

Feedback is not uniform: one reviewer reported repeated visits for a rear main seal repair and said the car still had an oil leak afterward, along with residue on the window and seals. That account differs from customers who report timely, satisfying repairs. As with any auto repair decision, it can be useful to explain the symptoms clearly, ask what the proposed work includes, and confirm the next steps and timing before authorizing service. This helps keep expectations clear for both the driver and the shop.

Located on E Thunderbird Rd in Phoenix, CB Auto Repair And Air may suit local drivers looking for help with brake concerns, AC performance, or other vehicle issues they can discuss directly with the team. Its weekday schedule can work for people able to arrange service during business hours; Saturday and Sunday visits are not available according to the listed hours. Whether a car needs a specific repair or its air conditioning is no longer keeping up, customers can use the shop’s address and weekday hours to plan a conversation and decide if it fits their needs.
