I’ve been taking all of my vehicles to Central Car Care for over 20 years. They have always been honest, informative, professional and very easy to work with. I will continue to take all of my vehicles here. They are very competent and customer focused. Their waiting area is very comfortable and well stocked as well. All of the staff and owners are very friendly and sincerely interested in getting it right! Thanks again Central Car Care for another excellent experience!!
Central Car Care is a quality and honest business. First of all they fixed Power Seat issue that Sanderson Lincoln said was not fixable. While there I asked them to evaluate undercarriage and steering issues I had been having. Working with Robert as my customer contact we worked out a plan to take my older vehicle to new level of safety and drivability. I was able to physically see the challenges we faced while he worked with his suppliers and his maintenance team to get the right parts and installation at a fair price. I am blown away at how well my vehicle drives after the repair by Central Car Care. Robert kept me informed and worked with me on any issues that came up. I also interacted with Todd, Mike & EJ all of which I was impressed with. Thank you for the great customer service and professional repair. RJ
I appreciated the professionalism & welcoming atmosphere. Devon was personable and thorough while explaining the process. My first experience of having my car serviced at Central Car Care was definitely a positive one.
Brought my car in for leaking coolant. They gave the car back broken and it overheated. They took it back and then "fixed" the issue for me. Gave it back this time with the transmission rubber banding. Told me it wasn't their work and good luck basically. Paid them 850$ for them to break the transmission somehow. Ahh well. I don't have the resources for any recourse and just accepted it. Maybe it's a wild coincidence. Ended up having to trade the car in. Safe to say I won't be going near this place again and every friend and family member will know and spread it. Edit - to the person replying to my review... OK. I'll make sure my voice is heard and so will my friends and family. This has hurt me a lot so trust me when I go on passionate rants about this. I'll post reviews whenever my review falls out of view.
