Tea quality was astounding! I got the Osmanthus with passion fruit and it was the best thing i’ve ever tasted! Customer service was so personal! It was my first time and the cashier was very helpful and guided me through their ordering process! Afterwards I visited the tea tasting service and learned so much about their lishang oolong teas, the tea tasting guide was very informative and sweet!!

Drinks: Expected the quality to be as good as California, and it didn't disappoint. Ordered a simple drink--Black Tea with Cream--but that was enough to hit the spot. Service: No complaints! The wait for my drink wasn't long-granted, there weren't too many customers. Ambiance: Casual, modern, industrial. Parking: Ample parking. Located in a plaza.

Nice layout with unique seating options and a big patio for when the weather cooperates. I got a peach oolong tea with mousse on top. It was refreshing and tasty. They make it to where you can choose the sweetness level depending on what you’re feeling. Overall I will definitely be back to check out their other options.

Tried Chicha San Chen in Carrollton, TX 2 days in a row because it was so delicious and it definitely lived up to the hype! 🧋 The tea tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful, and the boba had the perfect chewy texture. You can really tell they focus on premium tea quality. No wonder the brand has won multiple International Taste Institute awards for its tea. A little pricier than some bubble tea spots, but worth it for a quality tea experience.

Such an incredible spot for delicious tea! I got the mango green, light sweetness and light ice, and my partner got the osmanthus oolong with lemon juice, light sweetness, light ice. Both drinks were out in a timely fashion, and came with adorable ‘purse’ sleeves for easy carrying. The store is beautiful, with various tea-themed odds and ends as decor and a stunning tree feature in the middle, though the modern designed open-concept made it a bit too loud to stick around for conversation. The location in Carrollton is a bit out of the way, but the tea quality and friendly staff more than make up for this. I will definitely be back and bringing all of my friends to sample this incredible tea!
