Reviews also mention practical details worth confirming before you book, including how the massage duration is measured, the total price, and any expectations about gratuity. Some customers have described feeling pressured to leave a particular tip, while others say the price seemed fair. These accounts are individual experiences, not a guarantee of what will happen during your visit. To avoid surprises, ask about the full cost, session length, payment terms, and tipping expectations in advance, and make sure you are comfortable with the answers.

Asking questions beforehand about timing, price, pressure, and gratuity can help you make an informed choice.

Been there twice They are a little … not sure how to say stickler with time , the time starts time when you change which means take 5*10 mins less from massage time. The massage is good and price seems fair but they demand a high tip, yes demand you pay x amount !which brings you to same price you would pay somewhere for massage. So if you think they will be more reasonable that’s not the case. Putting in the time lost and tipping demand it’s about same price. Don’t come for price as catch.
Paid $60 for a “30 minute massage” which is already insanely overpriced but on top of that the massage really only ended up being like 25 minutes at the VERY longest. They also gave me a male masseuse who was acting super weird which is NOT what I paid for. Massage wasn’t even good either, didn’t feel even the slightest difference afterwards. Didn’t even bother tipping them bc before I was even halfway through the massage I was starting to seriously consider just getting up and leaving so I wouldn’t have to pay for this bs. Don’t go here I’m honestly shocked this place is even in business
Been coming here for at least 6 years, perhaps 5 times each year when I visit Boston. I've also tried other places in Chinatown when I couldn't get in. Be careful, two other places tried giving me unwanted inappropriate services. This place is always great with a very firm touch that does me good. Yes, the price has slowly gone up, but they are similar or less than others. I've never been ask for a tip, although I always tip extremely well, $30 on a 90 minute massage, which is still less than the national brands. I was actually a member of Massage Envy for over 10 years, often getting 3 massages a month. They are great, but rates kept increasing & then a moved far away from a shop. Chinatown has 2 places that are affordable, around $80-110, depending on length. I go every time I'm in town
The masseur was extremely rude and disrespectful. I came for a 90 minute which is set at $116 and they claim for 10% discount with cash. So I had in mind that the massage was $104 and I plan to give him $21 tip which is almost 20% which …
We came with a Groupon and was forced to leave 20% tip, which we didn’t want to as the massage wasn’t good. The massage was supposed to be deep tissue but it wasn’t! Massage was very bad and we were forced to give 20% tip after being unsatisfied with their service!
