Sign in to reviewGot there at approximately 11:30am to place an order. Waited approximately 6-7 minutes for a response. Nobody responded, so I approached the window, and there was no one present. I tapped on the window and got no response. The store opened as I observe the fried chicken and see items being prepared. I chose to leave since I had already waited quite a while. While I was leaving, I glanced back and noticed two employees just talking there. I went to KFC instead.
I placed a mobile order for my mother and daughter. After driving across town to the store I have my name twice and was told they were still making it, that's fine. They finish, I tell them my name again they hand me the order, that's fine. As I try to leave they tell me I can't leave until I show them my phone, that's not fine. I understand if I were a delivery driver, but it's an order I placed with MY name and MY money. It's been a long weekend and I was just trying to pick up food for my family. What makes less sense to me is that they couldn't trust me to be picking up my own food, but could give me a cash refund. I were a scam artist this type of managerial incompetence would be a cash cow. I've been coming to this store for over 30 years, but no more. No thank you.
Service was mediocre and food definitely not fresh! The chicken looked double fried or just sat under the heating light too long, fries were old/ cold & so was the okra.
The girl. On the drive thru was so rude to me ! Just becuase she didnt hear me on the drive thru to order i hope yall van have better people working. It use to be better. Before!
Horrible customer service. They seemed extremely bothered as soon as I walked in. The restaurant opens at 10am. I went in at 1030am and I was told it’ll be at least more 20 minutes for the chicken to be ready. What’s the point of opening the place if your chicken won’t be ready until an hour later!?With the amount of attitude and the wait time, ain’t nobody got time for that. I’ve been to third world countries and some of them for sure have a better customer service than this place.
