Cindy's Nail & Spa is a nail salon at 1000 S Carrollton Ave, New Orleans, LA 70118, serving people looking for manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements in New Orleans, Louisiana. The salon’s customer feedback points to a range of services, including gel manicures and pedicures, acrylic and dip nails, deluxe pedicures, and nail designs. With a 4.2-star rating across 565 reviews, it has a substantial body of local customer feedback to consider when choosing a salon.

Customers describe results that can last up to three weeks, and several reviews praise the team’s attention to nail designs. One reviewer especially recommends Vincent for design work, saying he understood the request and went beyond expectations. Other customers mention getting compliments on their nails and finding the prices reasonable. These are individual experiences rather than guarantees, but they give a useful sense of the services patrons value at Cindy's Nail & Spa.

Pedicures are another frequently mentioned part of the experience. Reviewers describe deluxe pedicures and call out the massage, while others have visited for a manicure-and-pedicure combination. The feedback also names team members such as Issa and Ms. Kathy, with customers appreciating friendly conversation, attentive service, and staff who try to deliver the look requested. If you have a particular design, finish, or technician in mind, explaining your preferences when you arrive may help set expectations.

The reviews are not uniformly positive: one customer reported that the pedicure chair area and foot bath liner did not appear clean before service. Cleanliness matters, so customers may want to check that their station and equipment are prepared before beginning. Considering both positive and critical experiences offers a more balanced picture than relying on praise alone. The reported rating and review count provide additional context, but individual appointments can differ.

Cindy's Nail & Spa is open Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Its listed address is 1000 S Carrollton Ave, New Orleans, LA 70118. It may suit customers seeking a range of nail services, from gel or dip applications to a more design-focused set or a pedicure with massage. For the best fit, consider sharing your service preferences and confirming details with the salon before your visit.

I’m not really a review person, but I really cannot say how lovely Vincent is as a nail tech. I’ve been going on and off to him for around a year, and I’ve never not even once been disappointed. I get compliments on my nails *constantly*! The price is very reasonable, and they are efficient about every step. When I’ve gotten pedicures and manicures I’ve enjoyed them as well, but I really keep coming back for manicures from Vincent.

Love love love my nails. They did an excellent job! Came in for a mani/Pedi, went with e deluxe Pedi and design nails. Pedicure has a solid massage (thank you Issa!). If you go for design, GET VINCENT. he understood the assignment and went above and beyond on my design!! Also lots of fun to chat with, and everyone here is very polite.

Ms. Kathy at #10 is the best! Always making sure I get exactly what I want and usually who I request to do my nails. Her daughter is actually the one who did my set (pictured) this time and is very talented and beautiful aswell. Also Kevin …

i went in on a weekday and asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. i was seated pretty quickly, and received a gel pedicure. neither the seat nor the surrounding area was cleaned off before i sat down so i ended up sitting in dust from someone's previous service. the plastic lining for the foot bath had a tear in it but my nail tech did not seem to notice or care. while i was sitting for my pedicure, a different nail tech came over and put acetone and foil on my nails to soak off my previous manicure. they left it on so long that my nails started to burn and i began taking them off myself. when my manicure was finished, it looked nothing like the photo/reference i asked for. i went to the front desk to ask if someone could fix my manicure and i was told to pay first. i said no and that i would pay after someone fixed it, to which the person at the front told me that my nail beds were too small for a simple star design. i showed them a picture of my nails with the exact design on them and they just rolled their eyes. they told me to sit in a pedicure chair and that someone would be by to fix it. after sitting for 10 minutes and watching walk-ins get seated, i went back up to the counter where the owner was and asked again for someone to fix my nails. she also told me to pay first, which i again refused. after going back and forth about my "nail beds being too small" i eventually just asked them to file the polish off so i could get it fixed elsewhere. the polish was filed off sloppily, my nails were damaged, and i had to go to a different nail salon to get it fixed. on top of that they still charged me for a "regular manicure"

Ive gotten acrylic, gel, and dip nails. Really happy with the results lasting up to three weeks. The staff are very friendly as well as Cindy, owner who does my nails.
