It is a neighborhood option for boba, tea, and smoothies, with daily hours listed from 12:00 p.m. until midnight. That late closing time can make Cloud Tea a convenient stop after dinner, an evening outing, or a study session. The shop has a 4.5-star rating from 372 reviews, offering prospective visitors a useful snapshot of local customer feedback while leaving room for individual preferences in sweetness, service, and drink preparation.
Customer reviews mention Thai iced tea with sea salt foam as a standout combination. One visitor praised the flavor and noted that a large drink with the foam cost less than five dollars at the time of their visit, though prices may change. Other reviewers describe the boba as fresh and enjoyable, and mention smoothies and fruit teas among the drinks they have tried. These firsthand comments give newcomers a few ideas to consider, while the available information does not establish a full menu or guarantee that every item is offered on every visit. If you are trying bubble tea for the first time, the reviews also describe a staff member patiently answering questions and helping guests choose.
The atmosphere is described as relaxing, with comfortable seating that can work for a longer study visit as well as a casual drink stop. Reviewers say the space feels pleasant both when it is quiet and when other guests are there. That makes Cloud Tea worth considering for a solo study break, a low-key catch-up with a friend, or a family outing that includes someone who prefers a smoothie. The shop’s location on S Buffalo Drive places it in southwest Las Vegas, making the address helpful for checking the route and nearby plans before heading over.
Feedback also points to details worth keeping in mind. Some customers find the tea quite sweet and say they prefer requesting a lower sugar level, such as 25–50 percent; sweetness preferences vary, so it may help to explain yours clearly when ordering. A small number of reviews report inconsistent drink preparation or service, alongside positive comments about friendly, fast assistance. These differing experiences suggest setting expectations and checking your drink before leaving if anything seems off. For a first visit, Thai iced tea with sea salt foam is a customer-mentioned place to start, while Cloud Tea’s late hours and seating make it an option for boba in Las Vegas beyond the afternoon rush.

I was worried if they were still in business because all of their socials are super outdated but I went and I'm glad I did. The Thai Iced Tea was delicious! With sea salt foam the drink was under $5 for a LARGE. I'm paying between $6-8 at other boba spots for the same. I'll definitely be back 👍 …
It was amazing. The woman working who helped answer our questions (first time at a boba spot) and made our drinks was nice and patient, she was super fast. It was relaxing and the Boba was delicious and fresh! Nephew got the smoothie and it barely made it out of the parking lot👌🏻 …
The tea is really good, but really sweet. Just 25-50% sugar is the most I can tolerate. The atmosphere is solid. Really good when its empty and you're the only one there, and just as nice when its occupied. The seating is comfortable and sufficient for long study-visits. So why three stars then? ...The bathroom. The mens restroom is the worst part of the establishment and part of why I left early today. For months, the mens toilet has not been cleaned, hasn't had any SOAP OR PAPERTOWELS, NOR has the floor been mopped. I can't even remember if it has toilet-paper. This one lacking area really ruins the whole experience when I need to use the restroom because I feel gross leaving without properly washing my hands and knowing the male employees haven't either. Idk what condition the womens restroom is in.
I don’t have much else to say. I’d just recommend avoiding the staff member who was working around 10:00 PM on July 21, 2026. Other than that experience, the store and the rest of the staff were great. I ordered 25% sugar, but the drink tasted closer to 200% sweetness. I ended up pouring out about half of it and refilling it with water, and it was still overwhelmingly sweet. Based on my experience, it felt intentional rather than an honest mistake. I left feeling that I was treated differently, which was very upsetting. I sincerely hope I was wrong, but the experience left me wondering whether racial bias played a role.
I used to love this place when they had different staff, it was always so good. Now, every time I come in, it’s the same girl (short with long hair) at the counter, and she somehow manages to mess up every single drink. Idek how it’s possible, but everything she makes, from fruit teas to smoothies, is overly sweet and lacking flavor. Asking her to remake it only makes it worse, because she just dilutes it with water, which ruins it even more. At this point, I literally walk in, see her behind the counter, and leave because I’m done wasting my money on drinks that end up in the trash. Such a shame, because this used to be my go to spot for years.
