I ordered a large size drink(3 guys), which was listed as $6.90 on the menu, but I was charged $7.20. When I asked the server about the price difference, she said she would inform her manager, but she did not offer to refund the $0.30 difference. It’s not about the 30 cents—it’s about being charged a different price from what was clearly displayed on the menu. I would have expected the price to be honored or the difference to be refunded immediately.

It was good. But I think because it’s a new store the making time was a bit longer. Also the google map pin location is slightly off.

The establishment’s service and product quality are subpar. During their grand opening week, I ordered a slushy and a brown sugar boba latte in large sizes. However, there was a significant gap between the seal and the slush. When I inquired about this, the employee assured me that it was normal. However, their response was unprofessional, making me appear overly concerned. Despite paying for the drinks and expressing my willingness to become a regular customer, the poor customer service and quality were unacceptable. Even after requesting a remake of my drink, the issue persisted. The employee attributed the problem to the milk foam, suggesting that I should not have shaken the cup, which would have loosened the gaps. They also offered to add more milk foam, but the cup contained only a small amount of slush and was predominantly filled with milk foam. Another concerning issue was the lack of adherence to proper measurement practices. Instead of using a measuring cup, employees were eyeballing the quantities, resulting in inconsistent servings. I will not return to this establishment. Having visited numerous boba places, I have never encountered such subpar service or greed. The second issue arose with the brown sugar boba latte. I ordered a large size, but half of the cup was ice with only a small amount of boba. If the establishment cannot maintain a consistent brand standard, it should not tarnish the reputation of its employees.

He put the discount on the more expensive of the BOGO and then topped off the drink when I asked for less ice unlike most other places who just leave it empty
