Jeanne was our agent and helped us purchase our home at the height of a hot market last year. I know she was juggling many other clients, but I never felt like she was too busy to give me personalized attention. She was extremely communicative, available, and fast! Her professionalism and expertise was really what helped us win the bid for our home. Aside from her work ethics, what I appreciate about Jeanne is that she was honest and I never once felt pressured from her to buy a home just so she could meet her quota. I can’t remember how many homes we viewed prior to making our purchase (but there were many), and Jeanne was patient the entire time. She has her client’s best interest at heart and has my highest recommendation. I'd refer her to anyone looking for a dedicated agent.

Buying property is difficult, especially in the Bay Area. That is why it is super important to work with a great realtor that suits your needs. Jeanne was the perfect agent for my wife and I: she was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and just a wonderful human being. Jeanne listens to our opinions and concerns, then gives us advice, allowing us to decide what to do with that advice. Not once did she pressure us into bidding higher than what we were comfortable with, and she even advised us to not skip on certain properties after looking at the disclosures with us – saving us from acquiring a potential money pit. Jeanne would always recommend properties for us to go see, get us any disclosures that we asked for (even before we even went to the open house, and for any that we were going to bid on, she would run the comps, go over the disclosures with us – all in a very, very thorough and timely manner. She was incredibly responsive through e-mail, texts, phone calls, and messages through the Compass app – even when she was on vacation! At the end of the day, Jeanne is the best real estate agent that I have worked with. As first time homebuyers, it was great to work with Jeanne in this weird housing market. Jeanne was very responsive - even at off hours - very attentive, and no-nonsense when it came to working with the (very stubborn) seller.
