I would like to give a zero rating, but unfortunately, that’s not possible. I called an agent from this company and was begging for a visit. It’s really hard to be in a position where you have to beg to see a house. This doesn’t make sense. The agent asked me to provide definite move-in dates, but since this is not a property for me, but for my boss, I don’t know. My boss can make that decision whenever he wants, and the agents NEED to understand that. If they plan to move in June, but really like the house, they might decide to do so two or three months earlier. Is it too much to ask to show the house? I’m sure the property owner doesn’t know about this. He doesn’t know that we have to beg to see a property.

Met agent Jessie Lee to view an apartment. Unbeknownst to me, she invited over 10 other people to view a 1bd/1ba apartment at the same time. Listed apartment as 850 sq.ft., but it was barely 700. Took us to the wrong floor and knocked on the wrong door. Struggled to answer questions. Viewing was crowded and very rushed. They also added me to a third party email list without my consent. Unacceptable! Also tried to schedule a viewing with agent Matt Finley. He responded once then nothing. Completely unprofessional experience; would not recommend these agents or the agency for rental or buying needs.

They started spamming an email address that I've never used. I don't even live in the area. Clearly they have no care for honesty in business, as if they did they would check if someone actually wants their email before opening up the email cannon. Particular shout-out to Dunja Green (whoever that is) for not understanding ethics or consent. I see someone in another review had the same complaint as well, so it's clearly a pattern rather than a mistake.

I have to say, Justin made our home buying experience just awesome. It was an incredibly stressful escrow due to the lender, however Justin was a shining star throughout the entire process. He is native to San Francisco, extremely patient and highly educated in all things real estate. If you’re in the market to buy or sell, please do yourself a favor and hire Justin!
