I've had mixed experiences. There has been a lot of turnover, and they are often out of a lot of color. Customer service was weird for awhile, too, but they seem to have sorted that out. (The guy with the longer curly hair and tattoos is super personable.) The three stars is my overall review, although if they continue to improve and get their stocking stabilized, that could easily get better. Edit: changed my review to 5 stars. The staff has been steady with helpful service and color stock has been stabilized. Huge improvement.
Tried to do a simple return from a purchase made a week prior. Had my receipt, credit card and ID. The staff were not clear on their own return policy, which appears to be different than the one printed on the receipt. I heard varying …
As a licensed stylist there is no place else to shop for professional products and they always provide the best service. Top notch customer service. Great sales on a regular basis. Store is laid out well which makes shopping easy. Nice location for easy in, easy out.
I was not impressed with my overall experience at this cosmo prof. I live in everett and usually do most of my shopping at the Everett location which is always the best experince.. when I went in to the burien location the guy at the counter didn't welcome me and when I had questions about product and stock was very short with me. It certainly was a very unpleasant experience overall the had what I needed so im giving them 2 stars
