Sign in to reviewThis location closes at 10:00 p.m. during the weekdays. But I showed up at 8:45 p.m. today this Monday and was greeted with locked doors. The cashiers were already cashing out and closing down the store and there weren't any customers inside. I still got to use the ATM because this is supposed to be normal business operating hours. But I was meant with very rude and disrespectful employees. And their actions and demeanor made me not want to shop at the store and so after using the ATM I left instead of purchasing the things that I needed. I will not be coming back to this location solely based off of this experience.
I choose this Pharmacy because I enjoy passing through the neighborhood. Last time while filling a prescription, I had a pack of disposable razors I was going to purchase at the same time. The female pharmacist refused my service claiming that the line was too long behind me and to go up to the front which was twice as long. I will go back in spite of her. Maybe she will still be there.
The store is clean, organized, and surprisingly efficient given the small team. I’m always able to get in and out quickly, thanks to their hard work and professionalism. Truly appreciate this staff! Even with so few employees on site, they are always friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond to assist with anything I need, specialy Debbie. Their dedication really makes all the difference. Customer service really goes a long way!
If you go first thing in the morning when they open, that's the best time to experience this place. Outside of that, since most pharmaceutical places have closed, their volume has been impacted and a lot of theft happens as well so most things are locked up and you have to be patient for employees to come and get the items you need.
Like to give a shout out to the employee Debra that works at the CVS on Washington in San leandro. She is such a sweet lady. Great personality always smiling ☺
