Sign in to reviewI was going to pick up my medication and it was around 8ish pm and the pharmacy was closed. Like how? Outside of the store has a different closing time. Smh! CVS do better!
At first I pulled up and found parking rather easy. We were greeted as we entered. Found our items with ease. Good sales prices. At time of check out we had a nice conversation with the clerk. She was very pleasant.
This is irritating. The website for the lemon grove location clearly states that lunch for the pharmacy is between twelve thirty and one p m on saturdays and sundays. This is wrong! Lunch is actually between 1:30 to 2:00 p m on saturdays and sundays. When I informed the clerk that their website was incorrect, she mentioned that they are unable to change the times due to this is a corporate issue? So hello Corporate, how about you Pull your head out and get the times correct.
The staff at CVS are amazing! I receive answers to my questions, whether it's the rewards program/coupons, or products. The smiles and warm energy shows the staff likes working for CVS as well and in my opinion is a reflection the company values their employees. Thank you for making the shopping experience each time, a pleasant one but effective (get the product I need at a great price, convenient etc.). Thank you for the consistent positive experiences!
Keep showing up when they're closed for lunch. My bad, I'm lucky to find entrance these days, but whatever happened to customer service? When did that become optional?
