I stopped in the store on a rainy night to pick up some necessities. When I went to check out, Polly was super helpful. She made sure that I found everything that I needed, and she was super helpful in getting me to sign up for the extra care plus program. She was explaining to me the best way that I could save money for my family. I appreciate that. When I left, she told me to drive safely in the rain. Just that extra mile of good customer service.

Worst pharmacy of all time. When i leave a voicemail for a callback, half the time i get a callback with no one on the other side and i have to navigate the prompts to leave another voicemail. The other half the time, i get a call back and i can hear the staff talking to people in the store but they dont respond to me. My wife was connected to another patient one time. This place is an absolute joke and staff is sometimes pretty rude. We are transferring pharmacies after we pick up our next prescriptions. Horrible experience. I actually just got a call back and heard the pharmacists talking bad about the people in store waiting to pick up their medicine…this place is a joke.

They deserve 0 stars. The staff here are so incredibly unprofessional and should really find a different profession better suited for them. Every time I call, I leave a voicemail for a call back, every single time without fail I answer the call back and there is no one on the other end of the phone. I can just hear the staff laughing in the background. My partner tried to call, again no one on the phone but he heard them in the background talking badly about customers who were currently in the store. Even worse, one time they connected me directly to another patient and we were both so confused trying to figure out who we were talking to - serious privacy issue! I filed a complaint with the CA pharmacy board & will call the CVS complaint line because this is not the way people should be treated trying to get their medication.

This CVS is literally the WORST ever. They mess up your prescriptions, give you wrong dosing instructions, do not respond to calls or messages on the app or in live person. Do not process auto refills ??? They do not initiate the basic things such as prior authorization or refill authorization. Their attitude is literally the worst I’ve ever experienced. They are outright disrespectful of patients. A couple of their pharmacists should be fired. I had my new pharmacy call them to initiate the transfer of my medication profile. They did not only that, but successfully processed my prescription (that didn’t actually need a prior authorization) and called me personally to inform me of the status. Funny thing… it’s another CVS. CVS pharmacy on Campo should be shut down. The rest of the store can stay, but this last experience was one bad too many with them. Never again.

One frustration after another with their pharmacy department. 1. Literally impossible to get connected with them via phone since there is something wrong with their messaging system in the app. After three separate messages to them explaining the problem, still no productive phone call and no communication from them Via the app or email. 2. Have been using this Pharmacy for one year and there Is only one pharmacist out of several that is actually helpful, caring, and informative. All the others are borderline dismissive, rude, or provide incorrect information regarding your medication. 3. After waiting nine days for my supposed out of stock medication to arrive, I was told by one of the non-caring pharmacists Today that they"Have no control over the supply of medication's and have no idea when it will be back in stock". When I asked her for suggestions as to an alternative That could be obtained in the near future, she just stared at her computer and said no. 4. I called Walmart and immediately got through to a very helpful professional pharmacist who was able to provide what I needed and call Cvs to get my prescription transferred. Stay away from CVS on Campo Road unless you want to add high blood pressure medication to your list from all of the frustration and anxiety you will experience from using that Pharmacy. PS: The two stars is for the one and only helpful pharmacist
