Sign in to reviewAfter our move to National City, we have been visiting this CVS in Sweetwater. I am quite impressed with their level of professionalism, especially Dario's. He consistently exceeds expectations in assisting everyone and possesses extensive knowledge. He checks all necessary details to ensure I receive my insurance benefits. Furthermore, he informed me about the vaccine I needed and what was available for me to take that day. In summary, this pharmacy offers better service than the other pharmacy. I intend to get the rest of my vaccines in a few months. Great job, Dario and your team!
My regular pharmacy transferred a prescription to this location because they were out. On arrival it didn’t appear that the transfer was complete, but they were able to fill my order within five minutes. The staff was very professional and helpful. I also noticed how they were taking the time to provide important consultation to other customers.
Super frustrating. The staff are generally great, but the sign for the pharmacy clearly says it is open until 8pm, the only exception is that you cannot pick up new prescriptions between 130 and 215. That to me says there should be somebody there who can give me my existing prescription during that time. That apparently is not the case. I don’t have 45 minutes to sit here and wait, and never actually seen the pharmacy completely closed, it didn’t occur to me to worry about it. If that’s gonna be the case, going forward, please change the times both here online, as well as in the store. Because right now it’s just false advertising and it’s incredibly frustrating for the customer. Not saying they shouldn’t get lunch, but at least ensure the signage is accurate. Now I just have to hope that they don’t restock my prescription, because this is the one that actually had to be able to come and get it. #winning (not)
I am new to CVS from Rite Aid. Cannot talk to a pharmacist cannot talk to anyone in the Pharmacy when you call you have to leave a message, I received a call back from the pharmacy an hour later and they left a message. Go to the store to pick up my prescriptions and the girl in the pharmacy waiting on me Is very cold and kind of rude and said I don't know why they didn't leave a message what else can I help you with. This CVS is not run properly and when I look at all the others they are only reviews2.8 to 3.3. I hate the fact that when you call it says for English say English you can't even press one and it doesn't even understand you half the time That I have called and have to keep repeating myself. Ughhhh Also I appreciate this CVS the only one I know carrying liquor, but I have to go stand in another line upfront to pay for it because they can't even ring it in back at the pharmacy as a purchase! So needless to say I am very unhappy with CVS As a new customer. Boo. Please make this better for your customers if you're the owner!! Thank you. Very frustrated after calling and leaving the store..
Excuse the 1st review, it's really a great convenient pharmacy for my mom to get her prescriptions. The staff is nice to her & other supplies that she needs.
