CVS Pharmacy

The head pharmacy lady is so concerned about her people that she cares for. We love her because she has taken great care of my husband and I. She makes sure we get our medicines and we know how and when to take them.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over 15 years, but after my experience tonight, I’m genuinely relieved that I’ve switched to Walgreens. I went in to ask a simple question about hormone replacement therapy pricing and whether they would even fill my prescription. The woman at the counter, who was African American and spoke with an accent was shockingly rude and condescending, acting as if I was doing something suspicious just for asking. I really don’t think she understood what I was asking. All I wanted to know was how much it would cost out of pocket and if they accept prescriptions from licensed providers within Texas. I had a legitimate telehealth visit through a highly reputable hormone replacement center that many women I know in Highland Park and Lake Highlands also use.They also get their testosterone prescriptions filled at their CVS in Dallas. In 2025, it’s completely normal for busy working women and entrepreneurs to handle their care this way — not everyone has time to drive an hour for an appointment. Instead of being helpful or professional, she made me feel completely disrespected and looked down on. The customer service at this location has gone so far downhill over the years, and this experience was the final straw. I will never give this pharmacy another dime. Thursday, 10/23/25 at 6:45 pm. I don’t think anyone in upper management or corporate cares but avoid this location. It’s terrible.

I put pictures in to get developed . May 12 .2026 .they told me a month . I call never answer the phone .? It's been July 12 l hope so this is crazy .

I have been going to CVS for several years. The service is commendable & I am often times in and out. I always receive a text when a prescription is being refilled and when the prescription is ready for pick-up.

It took over 45 minutes with two cars in front of me (already waiting some more) to get my prescription that was ready. There were three staff members in the pharmacy. Never had a time where I didn't wait a ridiculous amount of time either drive thru or in person. Saving to remember to never return or send medication here
