Those reports make this San Leandro pharmacy especially worth approaching with clear refill details and extra time during a visit. Sign in to reviewMy doctor sees me before every refill. It's preference and protocol. Because of this, I tried to turn off auto-refill but CVS didn't stop. I tried calling customer service, it couldn't get it to stop them gave up. Then, CVS started a contact the doctor service, enrolled me in it, then started contacting my doctor every month. Customer service couldn't stop this either so it gave up. It's rude, CVS should know better, wastes my time every month, and floods my phone with texts. This CVS has given me two refills at once before and CVS didn't care noting only one refill was used. I'm not comfortable with that. I'd change pharmacies but I like that all my medications from all my doctors are filled the same day so I only make one trip to CVS per month.
If I could give 0 i would. I just came up to the Target Pharmacy at 633pm. I rushed there because my mom needed her prescription today. They were very rude & closed down even though the gate was up & the reg debit thing was on. Super rude!! Not even nice in how they talked to me. So glad I usually go to the Hayward one that closes at 7pm. They r always nice there. I will never go here again.
Insulin with auto refill on since May 2025 as today 6 times total, 3 times out of stock, should be filled 4 days ago, every day it says it can be pickup next day after 6pm, till tonight it told me it may be pickup on Dec 30. It happened …
