Sign in to reviewThis store has more over-the-counter pharmacy products than the Target on University, though I appreciate that both have on-site parking. The staff at CVS on Shattuck/Rose are generally pleasant, and one male staff member behind the pharmacy counter is especially upbeat.
Really bad experience. There’s a Korean-American pharmacist(I think) who looked extremely reluctant to work. She was too lazy to open her mouth until I started to asked. She told me that I need to wait for 15-20mins to get my prescription filled. However after I waited for 20mins, there’s another pharmacist told me that I can just grab the medicine from the shelf and check out at the counter since it is OTC. Why that Korean-American pharmacist asked me to wait??? Totally ridiculous!!! If she really doesn’t want to work, just go home or quit from this job. No one forced her to work here:)
I was illegally charged for my Rx. I was told it was an OTC drug and that I didn't have an Rx, which is false! My PA prescribed it for me and I should not have had to pay anything.
Outstanding service from both a pharmacy tech and the pharmacist- friendly, through & extremely professional! They honestly keep getting better!!
The new Chief Pharmacist, Dr Julie Miles is off to a wonderful start! Things will now be improved! About time CVS got around to this fix!
