Sign in to reviewAt the pickup desk to be pick up the prescription. I was told by a technician waiting for updated label as this year I have new insurance. I was waiting for more than 20 minutes, still no calling of my name over the speaker (was told in 5-10 minutes), until I had to come back to check with a pharmacist (thought she's only authorized to update insurance info and print new label). She's kind enough to ask the 2nd technician to help ring my prescription. The technician was not impatient with gesture of attitude. I tried to explained to her the new insurance and new label situation. She acted like she didn't follow what I was saying, then I said to her that I'm picking antibiotics for my ear pain, she said "no, they're drops". So I shut up again. Then she asked me something like if I've taken a TB shot, I wasn't sure what it meant, but she didn't bother to explain anything, with a sigh (acting like she just want to be done with me). Overall she acted like she has no patience and arrogant gesture and attitude. At least after a quick consultation, I was able to verify that I'm picking up antibiotic ear drops. It was the worst experience.
Extremely rude and condescending p pharmacist! I was prompted to call in to speak with pharmacist because they needed information before filing my prescription. When I was connected to the pharmacist after a very long hold he was very rude and answer simple questions with unprofessional condescending tone. It's no wonder this pharmacy has the such poor reviews.
The pharmacist is great, always respond my text promptly and very helpful. All other staffs are great also.
Extremely kind and friendly. Checked in little earlier but did not wait to receive my flu shot.
This location of CVS is clean,convenient. Pharmacy customer service is excellent and prompt.
