Sign in to reviewI want to commend two pharmacists at this location who provide exceptional service. Sean is an outstanding pharmacist. He is understanding, courteous, and truly listens to his customers. He takes the time to ask how I'm doing, offers helpful suggestions, and provides thorough information about my medications. He makes me feel valued as a patient, not just a transaction. Thanh is equally excellent. I have only positive things to say about the care and professionalism I receive from this pharmacist as well. Both Sean and Thanh represent the kind of pharmacy care that keeps customers coming back — knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in their patients' well-being. I would respectfully suggest that this location consider these two pharmacists as models for customer service standards. In my experience, not all staff members at this location demonstrate the same level of respect, courtesy, and patient-centered care. Customers dealing with health issues and medications need pharmacists who treat them with kindness, patience, and compassion — and Sean and Thon consistently deliver that. Thank you for recognizing these two exceptional employees.
If you need a vaccine, this is the CVS to go in Irvine. They've got their system down to a T. You check in with your phone and you get called within a couple of minutes. This is about the 4th time I've come here for that. Which CVS to avoid for vaccinations? The one on 6775 Quail Hill Pkwy, Irvine . They make you wait in line with people dropping or picking up prescriptions (it can be looong) JUST to check in. Even though you have an appointment. Then I waited 20-30 minutes for the person doing the vaccination while she was on her phone!!!! She was "waiting" for the pharmacy staff to bring her the paperwork while seeing that I was waiting. I walked out and rescheduled at this CVS.
Got a notification that today is the last day to pick up my prescription. Turns out, yesterday was the last day because they returned it this morning. Honestly it’s ridiculous that CVS can’t communicate appropriately in 2025.
The pharmacy tech and pharmacist worked diligently to fill my much needed prescriptions just before the store closed. They went out of their way to make sure I got the meds I needed without having to wait an extra day! Outstanding service!
CVS on Culver and Irvine center drive always delivers! Thanh, the pharmacist, and her team always makes sure I'm taken cared of. They go out of their way to make sure they address all my concerns!
