So I went in to get my prescription, the lady at the counter was very rude. I got to the counter she said “who are we picking up for?” I said “me (I told her my birthday)” she said “yeah, I need a name” then proceeded to be snappy and telling me to “push the green button” as if I didn’t already do so and the computer was taking a while to realize I “pushed the green button”. Please speak to this lady about her customer service skills bc they are lacking. I have a feeling this lady is the bully of the work crew or she isn’t very fun to worth with. Other than that lady all the other staff has been very pleasant and nice they call me if I message them on the app with a question. They speak nicely to me when I’m there picking up my prescriptions.
Had food poisoning- was vomiting all night. Go to urgent care to get a nausea prescription and they wouldn’t provide service ….. because they’re closed for a “lunch break”. I understand the need and laws to take lunch but please staff better so you can take care of people that are walking around on the brink of death. Wouldn’t recommend.
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. They’re constantly out of medication, which causes the prescription sync to be off, they’re not knowledgeable at all, unprofessional, and rude. Today, I arrived at 1:28, needing to pick up one prescription that was already ready. They close at 1:30 for lunch. The pharmacy tech, who I’ve dealt with before was the only one working. She already had the gate closed for lunch. When I asked, politely, if I could get my med, she said they’ll be back at 2. I tried to show her my iPhone clock that it was 1:28, and she said that the clock on her wall said 1:30 and that they’d be back at 2.
My T1d son is visiting from another state and had pump issues and needed insulin. There was insurance issue and when the lady behind the counter was asked how to maneuver this issue or who she suggests he calls, she audibly scoffed, slammed the insulin in the counter and walked away. She wasn’t wearing a name tag and when my husband asked what her name was, she didn’t answer, he asked again and she refused. Insulin is a life sustaining drug for some my son. Her lack of help and empathy was disconcerting. People utilize the pharmacy for their health and well being and you clearly have someone who just doesn’t care and feels like her job is a chore. Do better. Corporate will be called.
Be careful with the white lady with a yellow glasses if you are here for vaccination. She is super rude and unprofessional at all. I have some insurance issues and need her to help me re-check in again, and she literally smash the keyboard and use bad words to express her bad attitude. If not in an urgent situation, find another places.
