I’m actually friends with the people that work at the pharmacy section. The other employees are nice too, very straightforward and helpful. Pro tip: always keep an eye out for big sales right after seasonal events end. I got myself a cute little plushie for a much better price right after Easter.
The pharmacist (and his team members) at the Main and Legacy location always takes such good care of us. My husband and I are seniors and he is always so patient, explains things, and solves any issues that arise. He has earned our trust and respect and has become an important member of our healthcare team. Many friends and neighbors feel the same way. He is a true asset for CVS and our community.
Every month I get texts that prescription is ready. Every time I pick up prescription techs tell me they don’t have it. I don’t even spell my name anymore, I give my card and they can’t get it right. Today a tech told me I have two accounts …
This is not the first time I’ve had a negative interaction with this particular front desk staff member. On multiple occasions, she has approached without a greeting, said nothing, and walked away abruptly without explanation. The lack of communication and courtesy feels dismissive and unprofessional, creating an unwelcoming environment for visitors. She was also rude to my wife during a separate visit, which reinforced our concern about the consistency of her behavior. I didn’t catch her name, but she was a shorter woman with a darker complexion working at the front desk. I’m sharing this in hopes that the issue can be addressed, as professionalism at the front desk sets the tone for the entire experience.
