This store seems to have the worst service possible. I and others have complained in the past but nothing seems to be done about it. Had foot surgery this morning and doctor put prescriptions in at 9:00 this morning. Wife went down to get and at 4:00 pm still not ready. Waited awhile and went to counter to pickup. Only then was she advised that they only had one of the two drugs in stock. "Will have on Monday". Not good enough! They looked again, oh, we do have it. Waited another 1/2 hour. Took an hour when it should have been done this morning. What the heck!!!!
Store couldn't find the insurance approval, returned calls over 6 times with dead air , was given a 6:00 pm pick up time , but then it wasn't ready and they said by the time they could get it, the store would be closed. I had told them i had just had surgery for a broken ankle and that it was very difficult for me to come, so it was important for it to be picked up that day. They couldn't care less when I went to pick it up and explained that thier staff had assured me that it would be ready. I had been out for two days because they kept saying they hadnt received the info they wanted , when both Dr. And insurance said approval had been sent.
Pharmacist said I was harassing her for my pain meds that were going to take 4 hours to fill. I asked if I would be able to get them sooner or at another location. She denied my medication and said you go somewhere else and hung up on me. Extremely rude, unprofessional and inhumane.
